1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel interior styling services according to the following terms:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee
• After Work Begins: Refund amount depends on work completed and will be calculated on a case-by-case basis
• After Completion: No refunds are available once styling work is completed and accepted

2. Cancellation Notice

To cancel a service, clients must provide written notice via email to support@vortalexthul.world. Cancellation is effective upon our receipt and confirmation of the notice.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Any third-party fees (bank fees, processing fees) are non-refundable

4. Intellectual Property Upon Cancellation

If services are cancelled before completion, all design concepts, styling plans, and visual compositions remain the property of Vortalexthul. Clients do not receive rights to use incomplete work.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

6. Client-Requested Changes

Minor adjustments to styling work are included in the service. Significant changes or revisions may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution. We are committed to working with clients to address concerns and find mutually acceptable solutions.
